Year is 2003, but seems to be identical to mine. Here's a nice post about removing and servicing Ardic. I have replaced both batteries with brand new fully charged batteries but the heater wont light. Recently the domestic battery went flat whilst using the warm air blower. There is a good company called 'Tachograph' who have been supplying me with parts to repair WEBASTO EBERSPACHER and ARDIC diesel powered air heaters for boats I believe that they will sell the complete systems for the owner to install themselves however unless the system is installed by a registered engineer your warrenty may be void hope this was helpfull if i can be of.
